William Woods
William has more than 27 years of began his career with the Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Prisons in December 1998, as a Correctional Officer. He worked in positions to increase his responsibilities throughout his career and is a former member of the Department of Justice SORT Team.
In November 2005, Mr. Woods was promoted to the Food Service Administrator at the Federal Correctional Complex at Yazoo City Mississippi. Mr. Woods initiated and developed the Food Service Nutritional Computer Program that is currently used in Department of Justice/Bureau of Prisons. In February 2010, Mr. Woods was promoted as the Executive Assistant at the Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi and was the Public Information Officer for that institution. In February 2013, Mr. Woods was promoted to Associate Warden and Warden at the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma. During this time, he was recognized for his exemplary leadership which was rewarded by the first time in Bureau of Prison’s history that a sitting President of the United States of America, Barack Obama visited and toured a Bureau facility
In January 2016, Mr. Woods was transferred as the Associate Warden at the Federal Medical Center Carswell, in Fort Worth, Texas. In November 2017, Mr. Woods was promoted to Warden of the Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola, Florida. In June 2019 – August 2020, Mr. Woods was appointed as Senior Executive Service, Warden at USP Atlanta, Georgia. In September of 2021 he was appointed in his current position as Special Assistant at DSCC in Grand Prairie Texas.
Mr. Woods is a native of Hugo, Oklahoma. He is graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California, in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2004 from Oklahoma University & Kaplan University, Boca Raton, Florida. Throughout his career, William is and has been committed to the overall mission of the helping people commit to excellence and become a better person for tomorrow than they are today.

Vicki Sue Claytor
Vicki Sue Claytor is a Corporate Customer Service Professional known for her wealth of experience in problem-solving. She comes from a diverse, multi-racial background and her career consists of film, television, singing, dancing, acting, screenwriting, professional modeling, and motivational speaking. Vicki Sue is also a published poet and writer. However, her teen years originally took her in a different direction, rendering the title of "worst Juvenile Delinquent in the State of Arizona" in 1974. Vicki Sue praises Vision Quest, the juvenile facility she attended, for giving her a voice and self-confidence to become an Ebony Fashion Fair Model in 1979 and 1980. Vicki Sue has had careers with Hilton, ClubCorp, and Publishing Concepts, and in her spare time, works to build Shades of Black Productions with her writing partner. Vicki Sue has been awarded numerous commendations from the Department of Children and Family Services in Dallas to the State of New Mexico for her mentoring of families as well as her community speaking. Vicki Sue believes in the PSPI mission and empowerment through education while creating a new future, new life, and ever-changing opportunities for the betterment of self and family.

Matt Creeks
Matt Creeks has been a performer since the first grade. He has entertained thousands at theme parks and stages throughout California and Florida as an actor and singer. He also brings leadership experience through his near 20 years in sales and management. Matt currently enjoys doing voice-overs for both radio and TV. In fact, he produced and narrated our current PSPI promotional videos. Matt is honored to have been a part of PSPI since its inception. He resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Angel, and their two used-to-be kids, Josh and March.
